Guest-room usage & house rules

  • Check-in / check-out times: check-in after 15:00 / check-out before 12:00 (late check-out incurs an additional charge)
  • Room supplies: bedding, towels, toilet paper, and slippers provided
  • Internet is free of charge; LAN cables are available for rent or purchase.
  • Please carry your access card with you at all times.
  • An additional charge applies if the access card or room supplies are lost or damaged.
  • Access cards may not be transferred or lent to others.
  • Drinking, smoking, gambling, or disturbances in guest rooms will result in removal; no mixed-gender lodging or outside visitors are permitted.

Lecture-room usage & rules

  • Please keep your valuables with you and take care of them at all times.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the building; please use the designated smoking areas.
  • The facility is shared by multiple groups, so please keep noise down even during breaks.
  • Mobile phone use and eating are not allowed in the lecture rooms.
